Authentidate Holding Corp asserted completion of its Corporate name change to Aeon Global Health Corp with  effect immediately. The name change is part of the company’s broader rebranding initiative and directly reflects its growth initiatives to enrich its suite of service offerings and to introduce its growing array of services to customers in foreign markets, including Latin America and the Middle East.
