Miraca Life Sciences changes name to Inform Diagnostics

Miraca Life sciences declared that it intends to change its name to inform Diagnostics with effect from immediate Avista Capital partners had acquired the company in November. The new name emphasizes the company’s committed focus to offer efficient and quality based pathology and diagnostic services to be able to intimate patients and clinicians about critical health-related problems.

Scott Walton, who was named CEO of Inform Diagnostics last month claimed “The company’s tagline—Every Patient Deserves the Right Answer—highlights our commitment to providing the highest quality pathology and diagnostic services in the marketplace today, which in turn allows our clinician clients to provide their patients the best care possible.”

Until newly branded materials are provided and available in the market patients will continue to use requisitions, supplies, and other materials with the Miraca name.
