Sacred Oak Medical Center revokes agreement with RedShift Healthcare Management

Behavioral health and addiction recovery center in Houston, Texas, Sacred Oak Medical Center rescinds agreement with RedShift Healthcare Management, LLC with effect from immediate thereby terminating all its business relationships with them.The action also includes resignation of RedShift’s representative Starsky D. Bomer and coincides with Mr. Bomer’s surrender of all shares of stock and related privileges.

J. Kevin Munz said, “Sacred Oak had previously taken steps to minimize Mr. Bomer’s involvement and had reassigned the remaining, peripheral duties performed by RedShift to our in-house operations team. Today’s announcement simply formalizes an internal restructuring which was already in place. Our care and service to Sacred Oak’s patients and their families will continue without interruption.”
