Synteract appoints new Chief Commercial Officer, Jack Shannon

International contract research organization (CRO), Synteract paved way for a new Chief Commercial Officer on board, Jack Shannon. Jack Shannon joins Synteract from Chiltern where he served as a Vice President, Global Business Development Biopharma. Onus on Jack  Shannon to monitor the global sales and marketing functions boosting growth in market share and the integrated commercial success of the organization.

His knowledge of growing highly-effective international sales teams will provide Synteract and our partners the support they need for continued collaboration and growth.”

Prior stints include 17 years of CRO aand pharma/biotech industry experience in leading global sales and marketing teams.  In his role as vice president, Global Business Development Biopharma, at Chiltern, he was responsible for managing the global biopharma sales team in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. Prior to that, he spent seven years at PRA Health Sciences, as executive director, Business Development.
